Free AI APPS — Terms of Use
By accessing or using Free AI APPS’ applications, websites, or related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

3. Permitted Use & Prohibited Conduct
Use the Services only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You must not:
- Interfere with, harm, reverse engineer, or attempt to access the Services’ backend
- Upload or share unlawful, infringing, harmful, or malicious content
- Use the Services to send spam, phishing, malware, or to defraud others
- Copy, distribute, resell, or create derivative works of the Services without written permission
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
4. User Content
When you upload, submit, or create content via the Services ("User Content"), you keep ownership of that content. By submitting User Content you grant Free AI APPS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute the content solely to provide and improve the Services.
You represent and warrant that you own the rights to your User Content or have permission to share it, and that it does not violate applicable law or third‑party rights. We may remove any User Content that breaches these Terms.
5. Purchases & Subscriptions
Certain features require payment. Prices and billing terms are shown at purchase time. Payments are processed by the platform store (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play) unless otherwise stated.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property in the Services (including text, images, audio, code, and designs) is owned by Free AI APPS or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Services as intended; all other rights are reserved.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Free AI APPS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. For paid services, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the prior 12 months. For free services, liability is limited except for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

We may modify these Terms. We will notify you of material changes where reasonable. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

- If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
